To ensure that you - and only you - can access your accounts online, we have incorporated the very latest security features. Here are just a few examples:

  • Login protection – If the correct password is not given within three attempts, the user is blocked.
  • Data encryption – digital identification certificates and Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) protect your data.
  • No back arrow capability – No one can “back” into the system on your browser.
  • Automatic time-out – If there is no usage of Central OnLine after a certain amount of time, your account is automatically disconnected for your protection.

Note: A secure access code will be required for any computers not activated. It is only recommended that non-public computers be activated.

Internet Explorer versions older than IE9 and Windows XP are no longer supported by Online Banking. For the best online banking experience, you must update your internet browser. If you are not sure how to update your internet brower, contact a professional technical support group to get the correct information.

Detect Safe Browsing

The security and safety of our online banking clients is a top priority. That’s why Central Bank is pleased to provide online banking clients with Detect Safe Browsing by Easy Solutions, a complementary software download that adds an additional layer of protection while you access your accounts. Detect Safe Browsing runs in the background while you are logged into Online Banking. It scans and monitors for malicious activity.
